If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange the items within 30 days from the original purchase date. Please ensure that all items returned are in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. Please note that a 10% re-stocking fee is applied automatically to cover shipping and handling. We will notify you once we’ve received your return, and confirm that your refund was processed. Your refund will be applied promptly, to the original form of payment.

For exchanges, simply return your original item for a refund and then place a new order for the items you want. OLEU will automatically cover the cost of shipping on your exchange order for your convenience.

All returned Items must be in original condition, unworn with original tags. Items that show signs of wear or damage will not be accepted.
